First contact Point of the customer. We, therefore, have a Front Office Training Department which is similar to that of a Five Star Hotel. Under the guidance of the faculty for Front Office, Students are given practical training on customer handling, check in and check out information, maintenance of records of customers and their queries and compiling files.
NSIHMT has developed the state-of-the art Front Office Lab which gives the feel of a 5 star hotel to the students where they practice Front Office Management & get trained to receive information, billing, guest relation & registration, flight confirmation, ticketing, Pick & drop of guest, different kind of reports, types of vouchers for updating the front office records. In addition to this a strong focus is given on communication skills, oratory skills, social skills and handling of different situations.
Students are made to learn the geographical features of India in detail, Through power point presentation, ample information is given so that he/she can. take up his/her job in a professional manner. Further, we wish the customer to be the happiest arid would truly want him/her to visit our hotel again and again.
